Shipping & Delivery
Customers are given the option to have the packages shipped by either Royal Mail or our chosen courier, Interlink.
For deliveries via Interlink or Royal Mail (Signed For) to be completed someone must be present to sign for your order. With this in mind it is advisable to have your order shipped to your place of work unless you have a concierge or similar to sign for your order.
If nobody is available to sign for your package, Interlink will leave a card with contact details which you will need to call in order to reschedule a delivery.
If Interlink does not hear from you or are unable to complete a second attempt the parcel will be returned to us. There may be a additional charge to resend your order out again.
You order status can be tracked using the Interlink consignment number sent to you upon completion of your transaction.
To ensure safe, fast and guaranteed delivery we suggest that customers select either APC or Royal Mail Signed For.
If you select Royal Mail Signed For, or Interlink Courier, there is an automatic guarantee of safe delivery of product or a replacement in the event of any delivery issues.
However, if you opt for Free Delivery via Royal Mail, although we have a record of your shipment, unfortunately there is no tracking information available. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee a replacement product.
