James Haskell’s “ Introduction to Becoming and Remaining RugbyFit” is now available in print.
Why write the rugby book?
The answer is simple - demand.
James wrote his book in response to the myriad of questions he receives via social media every week, from both aspiring and established male and female rugby players, seeking to develop a better understanding of the game, to train more sensibly, as well as wanting the inside line on what to do and crucially, how to do it .
It is this personal, broad international insight, based on 12 years of experience and 65 caps for his country, that people want to tap into.
Stephen Jones, Rugby Journalist of the Year and Chief Rugby Correspondent for the Sunday Times, calls the book a “Classic”.
