Training, Fitness and Nutrition Questions
As the New Year starts to gather traction, no doubt a large number of you have already started on your New Year fitness resolutions and are into full training mode.
Whilst we have just launched James’s latest training book – The Lean Gains Body Building Programme, which is a complete 12-week training programme solution, including the critically important nutrition element we appreciate some of you prefer to blast a lone trail or already have a good idea about what you are doing, and more importantly, how to do it.
However even the most experienced athlete often needs to seek clarification on a certain aspect.
Therefore we are reminding you that as part of JHHF’s general educational philosophy and approach, James is always very happy to endeavour to answer any question or clarify any training elements with which you may be experiencing some issues.
