Nick Grimshaw and The Vamps among celebrities designing Christmas cards for charity
A host of celebrities have put their design skills to the test.
Nick Grimshaw, The Vamps and Ronan Keating have got into the festive spirit by designing their very own Christmas e-cards. They are among 12 celebrities who are raising money for charity to help those in need this Christmas.
Grimshaw, 31, took a break from X Factor to team up with Pudsey Bear for his card which will raise money for Children In Need, while The Vamps donned Christmas jumpers to pose for theirs in support of the NSPCC.
They said: “Having a wonderful childhood is so important but unfortunately not everyone gets this. We've been lucky enough to help the NSPCC raise more money this Christmas through the BT MyDonate Christmas card campaign."
Singer Keating decided to fashion his card with a hand drawn design of a snowman and colourful Christmas tree to raise money for Cancer Research UK, while Dawn O’Porter drew a Father Christmas with a heart for a body alongside the slogan: “I choose love”.
McBusted’s Tom Fletcher and Harry Judd along with rugby stars Austin Healey and James Haskell have also got involved with the campaign.
The charity e-cards can be purchased from bt.com/christmascards. After making a minimum donation of £2 via BT MyDonate, people will receive an email with a link to download their e-card.
