JHHF Returns/Refunds Policy

We understand the need to try on clothing and shoes.

Therefore if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, JHHF is here to help.

JHHF will issue refunds on all clothing items, aside from all forms of underwear, received back to us within 14 days of delivery, providing they are in their original, unworn condition. 

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns on any Food Items, EBooks or Training Package downloads.

Whilst in the case of supplements this rule also applies. Under certain circumstances, with the strict provision that no seals or packaging have been tampered with, opened or removed. Additionally the product is still in its original, sealed packaging, which in-turn has not been damaged or sullied in any way. We will review each request on a strict case-to-case basis.

However please note in all cases you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Please follow the stated return procedure, which applies to all returnable items, as follows.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns must be approved by JHHF.

Therefore before shipping back your return, send us an email at info@jameshaskell.com to let us know what the problem is and which item you would like to return.

We will issue a return authorization number, which must be included in your return package. Please ensure you also include your full name, address and details with the return as well as a copy of our order confirmation/delivery docket.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you we have received your returned item. We will notify you within 48 hours as to the status of your refund, following inspection of the item.

Providing the returned item complies with the conditions stated above, a full refund will be issued back to your card or using the same method as the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund process to be effected. Although this may be quicker, depending on your card issuer's policies.
