I have linked up with the team at Spartan Workouts (https://twitter.com/SpartanWorkouts) to bring you a naughty little circuit training session.
I love a good circuit session so came up with this one to really test you guys and girls. It's great if you want to burn fat and get a full body work out. It will also help you tone up and shred. I wouldn't do it before any form of competition or potential match as you maybe quite sore from it! Its also something different to test you out if you like that competitive edge.
The Haskell Hell session is as follows;
- 100 bodyweight squats
- 80 crunches
- 60 press ups
- 40 box jumps
- 30 v-sits
- 20 pull ups
- 10 burpees
You complete each part before you move on with no rest. It took me 20mins in total.
