Delicious Breakfast Recipe: Colombian Eggs with Salmon
The dish of the day is Colombian Eggs with Salmon.
It is a really quick and simple breakfast dish to make, and adds a bit of spice to the start of your day.
The following ingredients serve 1
1 slice dark rye bread
1 spring onion finely chopped
1 plum tomato roughly chopped
½ avocado sliced
100g smoked salmon
Crack the eggs into a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Cook the eggs for scrambled egg.
Once the eggs are cooked fold the smoked salmon into them.
Toast the bread. Place the egg onto the toast and top with the avocado, tomato and spring onion.
