Hypertrophy Session with focus on Upper Body and Core

TRAINING SESSION

This is a session I did in my home gym when I had a break from training, and had been ill. It was a feel good session courtesy of Sportesse.

Before starting the session, I made sure to do a nice long warm up which included foam rolling, and I used bands to open my upper body, including some band face pulls.Because it was a feel good session and based on hypertrophy i.e. size building, I did 10 to 12 reps of each exercise, and 3 sets.

I wasn't worried about how heavy I was lifting, it was more to get a pump back into my muscles and make my body feel great.

UPPER BODY WARM UP:

Foam Roller
Band Face Pulls

ROUTINE:

Bench Pull
Pull Ups
Bench Dips
Military Press
Bicep Curls

CORE WORK:

Spidermans
Full Body Crunch
Hanging Knee Raises
