Sprinter Crunches

Sprinter Crunches

People always ask me if I'm into ab workouts, the answer is I don't do a lot of them. I did a lot when I was younger, but to be honest the majority of my ab workouts come as a result of big compound lifts which affect your abdominal muscles.

You're probably working your abs without realising. Obviously there is a time and a place for ab specific exercises. One I really like is sprinter crunches.

You put your hands behind your head and take your elbow to opposite knee, cycling backwards and forwards between them. This is to be done at speed but can be tricky to get the hang of, so I would start slowly and build into it. #JHBODYFIRE #teambodyfire #train #training #trainlikeapro #work #workhard #workout #fitness #fitforlife #muscle #fatburn #exercise #healthy #live #fitfam #instahealth #getfit #fitisbeautiful
