“How to” Improve your Chin-up
I used to hate chin ups!
They were my worst exercise as I couldn't really do them. Like most young lads, I was far more obsessed with “how much I could bench”, than what I could do with my body weight.
However I stuck with it and over time got better and better at them, until they became my favorite exercise in the gym!
I now rarely do a upper body session without them. I find chin ups/pull ups the best for building mass, increasing strength and really the secret to big arms.
So today’s blog is a bit of a homarge to the might chin-up, as well hopefully teaching you some ways to improve and develop your technique , so you can finally do chin ups properly.

I caught up with Rob the other day to take him through some training and find out how he was getting on. What a surprise - one of the problem areas he had was chin ups. So I thought this was the perfect opportunity to make a video, showing both him as well as you people out there how to use bands and other items to improve your chin up technique.
