A quick on the go lunch recipe with JHTV
JHTV brings you quick on-the-go lunch recipe of Chicken with Chorizo, Butterbean and Tomato in Flat Breads.
It could not be simpler, therefore no excuses about not eating healthy and clean. This dish is very versatile, you can have it as a wrap, sandwich or as a salad depending on whats in the cupboards.

1 breast of chicken (cooked)
2 cooking chorizo sausages (cooked)
1 beef tomato (roughly chopped)
1 handful baby spinach leaves
2 tbsp. greek yoghurt
100g butterbeans (cooked)
2 whole wheat flat breads or pitta breads
Slice the chicken breast, chorizo and place into a bowl and combine with the tomato, spinach, yoghurt and butterbeans.
Season with salt and pepper.
Toast the pittas and fill with the chicken.
