The first order of the day is the Steak and Avocado Breakfast Burrito.

This is a great recipe, full of protein to set you up perfectly for a training session in the gym or on the rugby field.

This recipe could not be simpler, therefore no excuses about not eating healthy and clean. This dish is very versatile, you can have it as a wrap, sandwich or as a salad depending on whats in the cupboards.

Finally, it's dinner time where we take a look back at last weeks dish of Curried Salmon Kebabs with Pilaf Rice.

It only takes three ingredients to make this dish so delicious. Omar and James are serving this dish with pilaf rice, however, you can serve it with whatever suits you.
