For 10 years I have lived a lifestyle totally at odds with fitness and health. In running some of the world’s most famous nightclubs I have been lucky enough to organise parties for the likes of Madonna, P Diddy, Lewis Hamilton and Stevie Wonder to name but a few in some of the world’s most glamorous locations such as Monaco, Dubai and London but I allowed life in the fast lane to compromise my well being.
On turning 30 years of age I got married and my priorities changed. Having always held a great interest in sport and fitness I decided it was time to focus on my body and dedicate time to living a healthier lifestyle, getting into good shape and eating properly.
It was a no brainer for me to work with JHHF. James has always been a fantastic role model in the field of health and fitness and his results both in physique and International Sport speak for themselves.
His guidance is both in depth and yet easy to understand, and is approach is both demanding paired with patience.
I have seen some fantastic results as I work through the 12 week Lean Gains plan and will continue to utilise the many facets to JHHF including HIIT, functional strength work and especially, due to my suffering with arthritis, the great insight he offers into recovery.
Since the start of my tenure following James's mentoring I have also taken up yoga, wingchun and boxing, things I would never have dreamed of in my old lifestyle.
